In October of 2005 we here at MSS -then Connecting Systems- (2 humans and 2 cats) decided to make a newsletter (CSN) that would have a basic format and be random in publishing. Each newsletter includes a featured flower of the month, yoga pose, food for mind-spirit-body, special of the month, a chuckle, GO News (good only news), upcoming workshops, and a free ad exchange. You are welcome to read any of the newsletters, try out the recipes, do the poses, take advantage of the special of the month, and just enjoy.
