Workshops & Fun for Summer / Fall 2010I give retreats in beautiful places to offer getaway time, reflection, learning, sharing, stress reduction, and joy. I weave in the things I love: nature, music, movement, laughter, good food, harmony, and quiet time. Yes, we all need to find inner peace wherever we are, but it sure is nice to see an eagle soaring, or sit in a wonderful garden and muse. We are interesting times. Times of making choices that we didn’t
think so much about a few years ago. I remember a friend of mine once
(when I couldn’t make up my mind between two activities) told me, “Do
both! Do all!” That worked then, but not so easily now. More than
ever we need to take care of our whole selves: in body, mind, emotion,
spirit, work, and play. With that in mind, I am offering retreats, gatherings,
and workshops to make choices easy. When we put our focus on something,
we can make it happen bigger, better, or the other way. Let’s play,
meditate, travel inwards, and explore. Travel to other places and have
adventure. Let’s step out of the worry box, and into serenity and
infinite possibly of self-expression.
Policy changes: All workshops have minimum requirements for participation which must be met 5 weeks before the date or it will be cancelled. There is a maximum attendance as well. Deposits are non-refundable (unless the event is cancelled), with full payment due 5 weeks prior to the event. If something unexpected arrives, your payment, minus deposit, will be returned if it is before the 5 week prior deadline. The sooner I know, the sooner I can make reservations to accommodate you. Checks can be made to Morning Star Shines.
